Refund Policy
- •After purchase and payment confirmation, your subscription will start the next day.
- •A 30% early termination fee will be deducted from refund requests. (System maintenance, payment processing fees, etc.)
- •Partial usage refund calculation: (Payment amount - Penalty) x (Remaining period / Total subscription period)
- •Example: If you request a refund after 30 days of a 100-day subscription, 49% of the payment will be refunded. (Calculation: Payment x 0.7 (penalty deduction) x 0.7 (remaining period ratio))
- •In cases caused by Preproo (service outage, technical errors, content not delivered, etc.), a full refund without penalty will be issued.
